X series IGBT
Fuji Electric’s X Series is the 7th generation of IGBT chips. The X Series IGBT and diode chips are very efficient and robust. Due to the soft switching and reverse recovery behaviour, the modules using X Series IGBT and Diode chips are exceptionally easy to control. Advance package technology with low thermal resistance AlN ceramics, improved solder materials, high temperature silicone gel and thick bond wired lead to a continuous operating junction temperature of 175 °C, while maintaining a high reliability and high power density.
Fuji’s Dual XT modules are available in two different packages, both having the same outer dimensions. One package has improved thermal properties and insulation capability for high demand applications.
Due to the overall excellent balance of the X Series chips and the wide range of package in which those chips are applied, Fuji can offer solutions for almost every application.
