High Power next Core module (HPnC) & PrimePACK™
Fuji Electrics range of high power modules is available for a variety of applications, that require high currents. Available in the PrimePack™ and the all new HPnC package, and ranging from 1200 V to 3300 V, these modules are suitable for Railway traction and auxiliary inverters, Wind and Photovoltaic generation systems, and high power industrial drives. The PrimePack™ module is available in PrimePack™ 2, PrimePack™ 3 and PrimePack™ 3+ housings, with a current range from 900 A to 2400 A.
The all new HPnC module is available in two versions, one for traction application with a MgSiC baseplate, and an industrial version with a Cu baseplate. The current range is from 450 A to 1800 A, and will be available in Si IGBT and SiC MOSFET versions.
